Our merchandise usually ships within 1-2 business days.
Rates are displayed on our shipping rates calculator on the cart page. Your selected products must be added to the cart for the calculator to appear.
Sales Tax will be added to California residents.
All purchases are shipped requiring a signature on delivery for your security.
Transit time is usually 2-7 business days. Transit times do not include processing time - Generally 1-2 business days.
We do not ship to PO Boxes.

If merchandise is returned due to being undeliverable, the customer will be charged for all freight costs, both outbound and return.
Excess Comfort® bedding accepts returns on unused, unwashed products in their original condition shipped within 14 days of delivery. After 14 days, we cannot accept returns for any reason.
Returns received that are used or washed are subject to a 50% restocking fee.
Returns are refunded in their original form of payment, minus shipping. If you received free shipping we will deduct our costs. Return shipping is paid by you.
Returns from international customers will also be minus any costs paid by us to receive in the USA and or may be subject to the e-commerce laws of that country.
We do not accept exchanges.
We do not accept returns on fabric swatches.
Returns must be received in their original packaging best you can.

To initiate a return, email us with your order number and reason for return within 7 days of delivery through our contact us page.
Please allow up to 15 business days to screen and process returns once received by us. We appreciate your patience during this process.
